Bell Pepper Citrus Highball
Bright bell pepper, fresh lime and a sparkling finish. A simple way to bring savory character to the glass.

- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 1½ oz (45 mL) Bell Pepper Vodka and ½ oz (15 mL) fresh lime juice.
- Top with 3 oz (90 mL) chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
